TED presentations are nearly always interesting and entertaining in some way, and often illuminating and/or thought provoking.  That being said, this one is especially pertinent to what we're about here at Uniting Creatives.  Even though it was filmed in early 2005, the information is still worth a listen!

As Howard Rheingold says in his opening, he's "Here to enlist you in helping reshape the story about how humans and other critters get things done."

The old story is 'biology is war in which only the fiercest survive'...that's competition, folks!

He explains that (at the time of filming) we were beginning to see that cooperation, collective action, and complex inter-dependencies are becoming more important...and that's collaboration!

And we're here to continue telling that new story!
